In a horrifying turn of events, an explosion rocked a peaceful residential neighborhood in Cancun on Wednesday afternoon, leaving one worker dead and two others severely injured. The deadly blast occurred around 5:00 p.m. as the trio worked on installing a tennis court simulator in the garage of a house, situated between the well-known areas of Cumbres and Plaza La Roca, on the busy Luis Donaldo Colosio Boulevard.

The serene atmosphere of the quiet neighborhood was shattered when a deafening explosion reverberated through the area. Startled residents immediately dialed the emergency services hotline, with the first responders, including local police and paramedics, arriving swiftly at the scene. Upon their arrival, they discovered the devastating aftermath of the explosion, which had left three men with horrific burns. Tragically, one of the workers was already unresponsive by the time paramedics were able to assess him.
