Corn Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 tender corn
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small cheese
  • ¼ liter of cream
  • oregano
  • salt

Preparation:

In butter fry the shelled corn and chopped onion until the grains are transparent and the onion is tender, add the roasted tomato, ground strained, and seasoned with salt and oregano. Add a liter of water and boil until the corn is soft, add the cream mixed with boiling milk and serve very hot with slices of cheese.
