Gourmet International Festival kicks off in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit
During the 26th edition of the International Gourmet Festival, 27 restaurants from the region and 29 renowned chefs will be participating to create exquisite menus, work with local chefs and train the staff of the establishments where they will be cooking.
This Friday, November 12th, the 26th edition of the International Gourmet Festival kicks off. José Ludvig Estrada Virgen, Director of Municipal Tourism, pointed out that all sectors must work together to promote the vast gastronomy of Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit.
The inauguration will take place at the new Tierra Luna Village recreational center in Garza Blanca, where a breathtaking sunset can be enjoyed and 27 chefs from the Port and Banderas Bay will be attending to present their gastronomic variety, but there will also be a great variety of beverages.
"We have a quite beautiful bay, a good gastronomy and I want to thank the International Gourmet Festival for putting the name of Puerto Vallarta on high for 26 years and it is easy to say, but it has been many years of work".
This new municipal administration seeks to work with all sectors to continue positioning Puerto Vallarta; and events of this type must continue to take place since they leave an important economic revenue for the destination; but also very good occupations and recognition of the region. Since the conurbation is important between both destinations.
