"Bad Boy" or "Abatar", pioneer of drones with explosives, arrested
Agents of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), together with the National Intelligence Center (CNI), arrested the "Bad Boy" or "Abatar" in the vicinity of the Mexico City International Airport.
The Attorney General's Office (FGR) served an arrest warrant on three alleged members of the New Generation Cartel (CNG), including José Luis "N", alias "Bad Boy", or "Abatar", considered the pioneer in the use of explosives in drones.
As a result of investigations carried out since August of last year, the Special Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime (FEMDO) of the Attorney General's Office obtained an arrest warrant against José "N" last September from a judge assigned to the Federal Criminal Justice Center in Guanajuato, for the probable commission of the crime of organized crime.
According to the FGR, yesterday, agents from the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), in conjunction with the National Intelligence Center (CNI), arrested the "Bad Boy" or "Abatar" in the vicinity of Mexico City's International Airport (AICM). At the same time, the ministerial agents captured Abraham "M" and Luis "H", who also had an arrest warrant for the same crime.
According to federal reports, Jose Luis "N", who was transferred to the Federal Criminal Justice Center in Guanajuato, supplied drones with explosives to the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel when it was led by Jose Antonio Yépez Ortiz, "El Marro". However, once federal authorities arrested Yépez Ortiz, José Luis "N" joined the Jalisco Cartel - New Generation, a criminal group for which he prepared explosives, which he has used against his rivals in Michoacán, Jalisco, and Guanajuato.
