Los Cabos hosts the first national congress of gastronomy "Probemos México"

More than 300 students of the School of Scientific and Technological Studies of the State (CECYTE BCS), will participate in the First National Congress of Gastronomy, Culture, Tourism, and Business, conducted by Probemos Mexico, which will be based on the tourist destination of international stature Los Cabos, to contribute to the tradition and flavor of Mexico for the world, informed the general director of this institution, Ángel René Homos Montaño.
The holder of the CECYTE said that this event will be held on June 1, 2019, and the students who attend the careers of Hospitality, Ecotourism, and Sales, will take an active part in this meeting and will have the opportunity to develop their skills and enrich your knowledge by practicing this experience.
In this regard, he stressed that the members of the organizing committee, Chefs David Sanz and Gabriel Moro, expressed that they will seek to obtain the Guinness Record through the largest tasting of Mexican food.
The director pointed out that Probemos México will bring together 32 traditional cooks who will share the most emblematic recipes of each state of the country, by presenting more than 190 traditional dishes and drinks, as well as enjoying Mexican music during the event, and there will be 200 exhibitors that will offer national products.
