On the occasion of the commemoration of the 500th anniversary of the founding of Veracruz, the Xalapa Symphony Orchestra will inaugurate the 35th edition of this Festival.
The inaugural event will be held at the Santo Domingo Temple on March 28 at 8:00 p.m.
The Historical Center Festival will be held in Mexico City from March 28 to April 14, 2019. Its purpose is to present national and international artists to spread culture in different areas of the Mexico City Center.
This year, one of the invited artists will be the Polish pianist Leszek Możdżer at the Simón Bolívar Amphitheater, who will perform on March 29 at the Simón Bolívar Amphitheater in San Ildefonso, at 8:00 p.m.
Within the framework of this festival, the Choir of Clare College Cambridge will also be presented for the first time in Mexico on Friday, April 5 at the Palacio de Bellas Artes.
There will also be dance activities, guided tours, opera, choral music, and more concerts.
