An indictment was brought against Victor Manuel Torres Garcia, also known as "El Güero" or "Papirrn." The charge is one of aggravated criminal association.
Víctor Manuel Torres García, alias "El Güero" or "Papirrín", who allegedly leads a cell of hitmen operating in Mexico City and the metropolitan area, and who is accused of the execution of three people in a law firm in the Roma neighborhood, was indicted for aggravated criminal association.
The judge set a term of two months for the conclusion of the complementary investigation and ratified the precautionary measure of justified preventive imprisonment for "El Güero". Meanwhile, Ricardo Daniel Guerrero Chávez, alias "El Borracho", alleged murderer and collaborator of "El Güero", was also indicted for aggravated criminal association with the same precautionary measures.

"El Güero" was arrested in Pachuca, Hidalgo, when he was driving a luxury armored van, while "El Borracho" was apprehended in a simultaneous operation in Azcapotzalco, according to the Ministry of Citizen Security. Police chief Omar García Harfuch announced the capture of both men on September 7.
According to local authorities, as a result of the investigations implemented by the capital police, information was obtained about their possible participation as the mastermind of a triple homicide that occurred on May 23, 2022, in a law office located in the Roma Norte neighborhood, in the Cuauhtemoc district. However, the District Attorney's Office was not able to charge him for these crimes.
